who – Menno Heerma van Voss
For many years, Menno represents large and small companies in relation to intellectual property, (comparative) advertising, e-commerce, ICT, privacy and consumer law.
Menno is a seasoned litigator with more than 20 years of experience at courts and the Advertising Code Committee. He also has extensive experience with various commercial contracts, such as licensing, distribution and R&D agreements.
Before founding KEENON, he worked at Baker&McKenzie and was a partner at the IP&ICT niche firms SOLV and Ventoux.
Menno regularly publishes and gives lectures and courses. Since 2019, Menno teaches the course Privacy law (minor and MBA) at the Amsterdam Business School (University of Amsterdam) and the course IP contracting & competition for the Professional Education Benelux Trademark and Design attorneys of the BMM.
Menno is a member of various associations, including the BMM and Privacy Law Association.
Menno is registered as a attorney at law at the Dutch Bar and has registered intellectual property law, contract law and privacy law as main areas of law in the Register of legal practice. Annually, he is required to obtain 10 training points for each registered main area of law.
